988 Crisis Line

The 988 Crisis Line is a free service available 24/7 year round that provides counseling through call or text in moments of crisis. There is an option for people to press 3 in order to reach counselors that are specifically trained to work with youth who identify as LGBTQI+. The current Administration has proposed defunding this specialized part of the 988 Crisis Line that helps hundreds of thousands of people every year.
